Check-in

We’ll send you a pre check-in link 3 days before your arrival. To make your check-in experience super smooth, we encourage you and each adult in your group to fill it out in advance.

Upon arrival, please complete the check-in process at the tablet located at the front desk by scanning your QR code (issued on completion of pre check-in) or by entering the 8-digit check-in code that we sent along with the pre check-in link. Our front desk staff will be there to assist you if you have any questions.

Early check-in & Late check-out

Our standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate early check-in and late check-out during busy periods. When available, you may be able to check in early or check out late for an additional 1,000 yen per hour.

Luggage storage

We’re happy to store your luggage at the front desk within the day of your check-in/check-out. Please note space is limited and first-come-first-serve.

Attention smokers

We’re a smoke-free hotel. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to a 30,000 yen fine for deep cleaning.
