Every bed counts.

It has been uplifting to watch how people and companies around the world have banded together in this time to extend their support to Ukrainians. Our thoughts are with all who have been affected by the current situation. We want to help.

As a small start-up, our rooms are limited, but a safe space is the least we can offer. Our apartments are now open to Ukrainian refugees arriving in Japan who need a temporary place to stay. We are offering stays for up to 5 nights. *To make a request, please fill in this form. Do share this link with someone who needs it. Together with our community and host of resources, we will help those staying with us to settle in.

In partnership with Stand with Ukraine Japan, we will be organizing a fundraising event at our pop-up house in Jingumae, Shibuya. More details will be released soon. If you’re unable to attend our event but would like to make a difference, we encourage donating through KRAIANY. They will wire the money directly to local volunteers in Ukraine, who will send you photos and videos on how your donations have been used.

For further assistance, Tokyo has set up a hotline for refugees and Ukrainians living here:
You can call 03-6258-1227 from 10 AM to 4 PM on weekdays.
The languages available are English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Japanese.

*The approval of applications are subject to room availability.
